The fuse holder belongs to the maintenance of power circuit components, with a wide range of applications, fast installation, high precision, and is accepted by many customers! The fuse holder is divided into two ways: one is welding of packaging printed circuit boards and electric welding of wire-shaped cable terminals, and the other is formed by punching screws of the controller.
In the development trend of industrial production with different automation skills, the relative fragmentation is relatively large. When selecting a fuse holder for line protection components, a variety of factors should be fully considered.
1. Vibration resistance and stability: stability refers to the characteristics of no self-excited oscillation vibration under given operating conditions; anti-vibration characteristics refer to the ability of the control module to receive mandatory vibration and influence.
2. The bending stiffness of the fuse holder is very important for precision machinery and instruments. The deformation of the control module includes the deformation of the guide rail body and the contact and extrusion deformation of the guide rail pair.
3. Motion sensitivity and precision The motion sensitivity of the linear guide rail is the small stroke arrangement that the moving member can achieve. The precision refers to the ability of the moving member to stop at the required position as necessary. The motion sensitivity and accuracy level are related to the type of rail, friction characteristics, motion rate, transmission stiffness, quality of motion components and other factors.
4. Thermal deformation of the fuse holder support frame, etc. The selection of the material of the melter directly affects the working stability of the product, and the parts are very easy to deform and fall off due to the material that is not resistant to high temperature.
5. Motion stability The motion stability of the control module is the characteristic of correctly guiding the guide rails without crawling in low gears or light movements. Stability is related to factors such as the structure of the guide rail.
